Returns and Refunds Policy

In accordance with the provisions of article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, in the case of distance selling, the Customer has a cooling-off period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Order, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties. If the fourteen (14) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be extended to the next working day.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions for shipping your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. For any questions regarding returns, please do not hesitate to contact us at julie@secretgardenglass.fr.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return and inform you of its approval. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.
