Shipping policy

All Products ordered are shipped within Metropolitan France and the European Union.

Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be payable, and are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Products are delivered to the  address indicated by the Customer during the Order process. The Customer may also collect the Product in person from the workshop.

The delivery time corresponds to the average processing and routing time, from the time the Order is validated (delivery times are estimated at between five and fifteen  working days in mainland France).

Julie Johnson of Secret Garden Glass reserves the right to choose the delivery method for the products ordered. If you have any problems with delivery of your products please contact julie@secretgardenglass.fr
